Job description

Full-Time OB Hospitalist OpportunityLocation : Bellefontaine, OhioStart Date : July / August 2026 Position Overview

  • Schedule :
  • 4 clinical days per week
  • 1 administrative day (can be remote)
  • 1 : 4 call rotation (weekday & weekend)
  • Must live within 30 minutes of hospital for call
  • Scope of Practice :
  • Outpatient and inpatient OB / GYN care
  • Deliveries (average 1 / day; 360 / year)
  • Surgical procedures (C-sections and GYN surgeries)
  • Travel to nearby clinic locations as needed
  • EMR : Meditech Expanse
  • Team Collaboration :
  • Work closely with physicians, APPs, nursing, and ancillary staff
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, patient-focused care environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certification :
  • Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 1 year of graduation)
  • Must become Board Certified within required timeframe
  • Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification
  • Licensure : Must be eligible for Ohio medical license
  • Locums : Not accepted
  • Visa Candidates : Accepted
