Prost! We're bringing a fresh new flavor to the Oregon Coast with Biergarten on the Bay an open-air, casual dining and drinking experience inspired by the classic German biergarten and powered by Pelican Brewing.

Nestled along the beautiful waterfront on the Siletz Bay, this new concept will serve up German-inspired eats, coastal vibes, and award-winning craft beer and we're looking for upbeat, hardworking hourly team members to join the crew!

Summary of the Position : This role involves preparing and serving German-style deli foods, selling canned beer and sodas, and providing great customer serviceall from our outdoor / indoor counter service area. You'll also help keep the Biergarten clean and welcoming by bussing tables and tidying the space as needed.

Key Accountabilities : you will be responsible for the following but not limited to :

• Ensure our guests are treated in an open, friendly and informed manner
• Be knowledgeable about the area, the community, and the Company
• Regularly rotate food items to ensure freshness and safety.
• Work quickly and efficiently in a high paced environment
• Communicate with the management team about trends, sales and product stock
• Function as a part of a dynamic team
• Prepare and serve simple German-style deli items
• Sell canned beer, soda, and other beverages from the counter
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Handle transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and food prep space
• Light bussing of tables and picking up around the Biergarten area
• Restock supplies and notify manager when inventory is low
• Follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines
