Zandra's Taqueria is looking for experienced individuals to join our high-energy, dynamic, dedicated, and professional team! We are looking for a true leader to be our Restaurant Lead Manager and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

• Managing the restaurant operation to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant.
• Overseeing food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards.
• Ensuring compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Completing and sharing daily log reports to the Executive Management Team.
• Handling discipline and termination of employees in coordination with HR Director.
• Managing your staff and providing them with feedback.
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards, policies and procedures.
• Understanding and implementing all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Greeting customers and advising on menu and beverage choices.
• Running the Front of the House and Back of the House.
• Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Training and motivating Front of the House, Back of the House and Managers.
• Creating and managing the staff schedule each week.
• Accomplishing restaurant HR objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training in coordination with HR Director.
• Managing inventory and purchasing for the restaurant.
• Stepping in the necessary roles when employees are absent.
• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Attracting patrons by implementing marketing programs with the local jurisdictions.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge with Executive Management Team by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry.
• Responsible for the opening and closing check out processes.
• Ensuring that all restaurant equipment is maintained and properly working.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
