Join our team as a Customer Operations Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring that every order from start to finish runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers, solving problems, coordinating shipments, and collaborating with teams across Supply Chain, Transportation, Sales, and more. Responsibilities :

• Serve as the go-to partner for customers and internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time, and complete order fulfillment.
• Manage and monitor customer sales orders, billing, and delivery processes with precision and care.
• Troubleshoot order and delivery issues identifying the root cause, resolving quickly, and keeping customers informed along the way.
• Research and resolve claims (such as overages, shortages, or damages), pricing discrepancies, and deduction issues.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Supply Chain, Pricing, Transportation, and Sales to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Review inventory reports to anticipate and communicate shortages or offer substitutions that keep customers satisfied.
• Analyze ordering patterns to uncover efficiencies, cost savings, and service improvements.
• Collaborate with customers on payments, inventory solutions, and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance the customer experience and strengthen internal operations.
• Maintain compliance with documentation and team processes.

Qualifications :

Compensation and Benefits : The base salary range for this position is $47,250- $78,750 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
