1st Shift - Receiving Clerk

A large 3PL company in the Louisville area is in need of an experienced Receiving Clerk. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position on the first shift. Schedule is 7 am to 3 : 30 pm; Monday - Friday. Will be required to drive a lift to support the receiving department by moving products to the designated area in the warehouse. Verifies receipt of all products as they enter the building. Assists in auditing paperwork to verify accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

• Use lift (sit down / stand up) to raise, lower goods.
• Move goods to designated area.
• Audits inbound loads against the bill of ladings.
• Works within multiple warehouse management systems to receive and move product.
• Scan items into drop off location to verify traceability.
• Works with customer service on customer POs and validating reports through the process.
• Use RF scanner to move parts in warehouse management software.
• Overtime if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
