Hours / Week : 48 hours (Night shift : 4x12-hour, 7 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM)

About the Role :
Amergis is seeking dedicated ICU Registered Nurses to join the night shift team at Lovelace Regional Hospital. This unit welcomes first-time travelers and offers a supportive environment for nurses ready to deliver high-acuity care. Candidates must be flexible to float to Med / Surg when ICU census is low.
Key Responsibilities :
Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, administer medications, and maintain IVs and central lines
Respond to emergencies including CPR and other lifesaving interventions
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
Document care plans, interventions, and outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
Maintain compliance with facility protocols and HIPAA standards
Qualifications :
Active RN license in the state of practice
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
Must be 18+ years old
