Our growing sales department is looking for ambitious and self-motivated people to join our team. Automotive Sales a plus!

Duties & Responsibilities :
Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.Utilizes dealership CRM to manage leads and follow-up.Attending sales meetings and training courses as requested by sales manager.Keeps up to date on new products and STARS / FORD UNIVERSITY training.Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.Follow the 10 steps to the sale.Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.)Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag / title work, 'we-owes' and special request to be sure that all customer expectations are met.Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.Maintain professional appearance.Provides all clients with the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction.Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.Job Qualifications :
Sales experience preferred, but not required.Ability to speak and listen effectively one on one.Basic Computer skills.Good organizational skills.Valid driver’s license.Sales License.Education and / or Experience :
