Salary : $72,000- $84,000

DUTIES INCLUDE :

Provide customers with intermediate technical support via phone, e-mail, or in person,

independently.

Perform installation of Nanovea metrology instruments, including complex

configurations of standard instruments and some custom systems.

Provide advanced operational training for Nanovea metrology instruments, both

internally and externally.

Create and maintain After Sales processes and service documentation under the

direction of management.

Track and report issues with metrology instruments to quality advancement and

improvement manager and the development team.

Diagnose and resolve complex issues with Nanovea instruments produced within the

last 10 years with minimal supervision.

Maintain Nanovea laboratory instruments and ensure readiness for demonstrations and

internal testing.

Assist the product development engineering team with custom projects or design

revisions, providing technical feedback.

Proactively identifies and addresses potential issues before they impact operations or

customer satisfaction.

Support the sales team with technical expertise and assist in advanced product

demonstrations.

Provide high-level troubleshooting support to the manufacturing team when requested.

Maintain and update instrument user manuals.

Create and organize technical documentation for the metrology instruments.

Provide quotes for upgrades, consumables, and add-ons to existing customers (up to

$20,000)

Peer-train coworkers on advanced usage and troubleshooting of instruments.

Secure preventive yearly maintenance agreements from 25% of new installation

customers.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS :

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation ability.

Excels in problem-solving.

Attention to detail.

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.

Succeeds in self-management.

Knowledge of assembling, troubleshooting, or repairing electrical or mechanical

assemblies.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Preferred BS in Materials, Electrical, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

work experience.

Preferred 3 6 years of related experience in Customer Service or Client Management.

A valid U.S. Passport for international travel.

A valid U.S. driver's license.

Knowledge of Nanovea metrology instruments and their use is a plus.
