Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with local builders, property managers, and business owners.Identify and close sales opportunities for light commercial HVAC projects (under 25 tons).Represent Westerly Air's service and installation solutions with professionalism and confidence.Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and prepare proposals.Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients find cost-effective and reliable HVAC solutions.Qualifications
Proven B2B or HVAC sales experience (light commercial sales preferred).Strong understanding of HVAC systems and commercial applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
