Job Overview :
As an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.
Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandManage the store's workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle guest as needed in CBA branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications :
Current driver's licensesAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesAbility to seek and accept coaching and directionProven successful customer service experience is requiredMust have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our guests through mediums such as phone, email, text and in-person conversationsDriving record acceptable to our current insurance carrierProficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applicationsTekmetric experience is a plusExperience in Customer Service and SalesAssociates degree preferredPhysical Requirements :
Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday Friday, 7am 6pmBeing on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environmentChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
