Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) and UMC Cancer Center are seeking a Pediatric Hematologist / Oncologist to join their growing academic program in Lubbock, Texas. Position Highlights :

Academic rank and compensation commensurate with experience :

Assistant Professor : $200,000 – $225,000

Associate Professor : $244,000 – $275,000

Professor : $300,000 – $345,000

Call Schedule :

Home call only with very infrequent in-person requirements

On call approximately 25% of the time

Nurse-triaged answering service

Fellows take first call during clinical rotations

Weekly Schedule :

9 half-days of outpatient clinical care and bedside / clinic teaching

1 half-day of administrative time (adjusted for leadership duties such as Program Director or Medical Director)

Patient Volume :

7–10 patients per half-day clinic
