Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and manage documentation for identity verification solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical documentation including release notes, user documentation, integration guides, API references, and SDK documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information from engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts

Manage documentation projects from conception through publication, ensuring deadlines are met while balancing multiple priorities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or developer-focused products

Proven expertise with MadCap Flare for authoring, managing, and publishing technical content

Strong experience with GitHub for version control

Fluency in written English and Spanish is required for one of the openings

Experience working in agile development environments
