Personal Trainer

At SWEAT440, we’re passionate about building strong, motivated teams. For the right candidate, we’re open to providing hands-on training and mentorship to become a Personal Trainer. We may also offer partial or full reimbursement for obtaining a nationally recognized fitness certification. Job Responsibilities :

• Offering postural modifications to members when needed to support existing injuries, safety and maximizing results.
• High energy floor presence at all times.
• Hands-on motivation & encouragement to class attendees pushing them to exceed their fitness goals..
• Results driven acknowledgement to members.
• Ensure first time attendees are set-up for success through proper class orientation and trainer coaching.
• Floor management, upholding time keeping & station moves.
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound, always.
• Ensure daily sanitation of equipment and fitness floor is upheld.
• Daily workout set up and tear down for next day’s operation.
• Accountable for assisting with studio sales by connecting first-time clients with the Leader on the shift to present the membership option to them.

Job Type : Part-time

Compensation : $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
