Key Responsibilities
Mature the HubSpot instance by building custom objects, workflows, and integrations
Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership insights
Design and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency and support team growth
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
Experience with the implementation of HubSpot or Salesforce
Process-oriented mindset with skills in designing and documenting workflows
Strong analytical skills with experience in building reports and dashboards
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance
