Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Jack C Massey Night Monitor oversees the access control of the Jack C Massey building on late nights once access control to the building is activated. This role will work with campus security to make sure approved students are getting the access they need. They will make sure all students using the facilities are complying with the Policies and Procedures of the Jack C Massey building and the Belmont Honor Code. This role will act as a direct contact to Campus Security.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple incoming phone lines and voicemail.
• Ability to deal with several customers simultaneously.
• Willing to help customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Professional mannerism and appearance.
