At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and SW Washington, we help homeowners transform their living spaces into energy-efficient, beautiful homes they love. We’re seeking an experienced Appointment Setter who are motivated by clear goals, excel at connecting with homeowners, and can work independently to grow their assigned territory.

• Strong Base Pay + Incentives : Start at $20 / hour, with an increase to $21 / hour after 90 days. Enjoy uncapped bonus opportunities, with top performers earning $80,000-$90,000 annually.
