The ideal candidate will possess the following :

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory position within food and beverage, preferably high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Previous experience with forecasting, labor management, and inventory
• Comfortability with learning new software and computer literacy
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Multi-unit management experience is a plus!

Shift Pattern : Varied to include nights, weekends and holidays

Salary : $70,000-$73,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
