Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide critical care nursing expertise in an Intensive Care Unit setting, offering life-saving support to patients experiencing severe and plex health conditions. Perform detailed assessments, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and administer advanced treatments to promote patient recovery and stability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver prehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and interpret clinical data to anticipate patient needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and advanced life support protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in pliance with regulatory standards.
