This Project Manager role at GreenArrow, offers the opportunity to lead diverse electrical and infrastructure projects from planning to completion while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Ideal candidates bring a background in construction or electrical project management, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience with tools like Procore or MS Project.

How You’ll Make An Impact

You’ll lead project execution end‐to‐end—scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety—coordinating internal crews, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of electrical and infrastructure construction projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop budgets, manage costs, and track project progress to meet deadlines and financial goals.
• Implement risk management, safety, and quality control procedures consistent with OSHA, NEC, and company standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and inspectors, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Mentor project staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Drive process improvement and leverage technology to enhance project efficiency and transparency.
