Must Have

Technical / Functional Skills

• Required TOGAF certification.
• Good Understanding of EA Frameworks such as TOGAF and develop enterprise architecture blue print and roadmap based on various business and IT stakeholder engagement / collaboration.
• 8 + years of professional experience in technology disciplines with primary focus on business strategy and architecture, product strategy and architecture, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, data architecture, integrations architecture and technology architecture.
• 6+ years of full lifecycle software engineering experience using waterfall or agile frameworks.
• 3+ years of proven expertise of managing and leading cross-functional matrixed teams. Ability to coach resources to elevate performance and drive results.
• Proven success driving business technology strategies that lead to product distinction.
• Experience managing relationships, coalitions and communications with senior and executive level business and technology leaders to influence desired outcomes without direct authority.
• Ability to understand how to navigate a complex organization, understand the big picture, and influence the enterprise to leverage technology in alignment with our strategies.
• Ability to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture alternatives.
• Working knowledge and experience in any or all the following business and technology areas : data management, data streaming technologies, event-based architecture, NoSQL and NewSQL technologies, APIs, microservices, SOA, cloud technologies, rules engines / BPMs, data architecture and governance Preferred Skills : Enterprise Architecture skills along Java Architecture
