Competitive pay : $18$23 / hour , based on experience and location

What You'll Do :

Work 1 : 1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills

Accurately track data and progress in real-time

Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments

Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home

Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

$18$23 / hour depending on qualifications and market

Youre a Strong Fit If You :

Have your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or are ready to get itwell help!)

Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact

Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn

Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Can pass a background check and complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) onboarding
