Job descriptionOversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met at every stage Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Engineering Project Preparation and Design : Ensure the quality of products through thorough checks on calculations, reports, and design criteria Utilize engineering formulas to prepare design calculations and analyses Construction Contracts and Administration : Project Communications and Representation : Represent the client and project in meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation / Structures emphasis Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license 5+ years of structural design / engineering and project experience including : Bridge design and project experience NBIS bridge inspection Bridge rehabilitation plans and specifications Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays Valid U.S. Driver's License is required Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Work with Purpose & Impact : Our people design roads, bridges, water and sewer systems. We are actively seeking a talented and dedicated Bridge Design Engineer to join our dynamic team of professionals in York, PA . As a Bridge Design Engineer , you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of structural projects, including bridges, buildings, and retaining walls, contributing to the maintenance, repair, and replacement of key structures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management and Operations :
Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish
Perform detailed structural design and analysis for various components, creating original and tailored solutions
Prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents for project bidding
