Position Highlights :
- Full-time, Monday Friday schedule
- 80% Medical Dermatology / 20% Surgical (surgical work optional based on interest & skills)
- High patient volume 40 / day expected, with potential to see up to 55 / day if desired
- Compensation : Initial salary, then transition to % of collections; current PAs earn $200k+ annually

Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care to patients (approximately 80% of practice volume).Perform surgical dermatology procedures (up to 20%), including biopsies and excisions, if surgically competent and desired.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR.Collaborate with supervising physician(s) and practice team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients on dermatologic conditions, treatments, and preventative care.Participate in practice meetings and contribute to continued clinic growth and patient satisfaction.Qualifications
Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP-C).Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience (medical dermatology required; surgical experience preferred).Licensed (or eligibility for licensure) in the State of South Carolina.Strong knowledge of dermatology conditions, diagnostics, and treatment protocols.Skills & Competencies
Excellent clinical judgment and patient care skills.Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently without compromising quality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.Proficiency in dermatologic procedures and EMR documentation.Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.Compensation & Benefits
