Job descriptionConduct assessments, develop treatment goals, protocols, and data collection systems under the supervision of a BCBA. Work with parents and caregivers to train and assist them with ABA therapy methods. Provide 1-on-1 instructions to children diagnosed with ASD to improve functional learning and decrease challenging behaviors. Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and undergo annual background checks. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.

Supervise clients and staff during ABA therapy. Provide clinical support to senior staff, perform behavior technician roles on challenging behavior cases, and increase staff availability during absences or vacations.
