Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building relationships.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Passion for connecting with people and helping organizations grow.
