Essential Job Duties The Department of English is accepting applications for the position of Lecturer on a full- time and/or part-time basis in areas such as Composition, Literature, Linguistics, Film Studies and Screenwriting, Creative Writing and Professional Writing for Summer 2026, Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience
- Requires master’s degree, an equivalent degree, or equivalent professional experience
Other Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent teaching
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Special training or experience with online or blending/hybrid instruction is desirable
- Graduate coursework in writing pedagogy is preferred
