Associate Account Manager

This position is full-time and requires you to travel in the field every day within the Jacksonville Area (with some Ocala territory).

VIKOR SCIENTIFIC is a rapidly growing CAP & CLIA certified national laboratory that provides targeted molecular diagnostics to help improve clinical and economic outcomes.

VIKOR, headquartered in Charleston, SC, is actively seeking highly qualified candidates to join our sales team at an entry level position. We are looking for individuals that share, and model daily, our commitment to ethics, service, and passion for helping providers achieve better outcomes, one patient at a time.

Job Description :

• Call on relevant medical specialties (ex. Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others) to :
• Obtain missing information and patient medical records.
• Provide customer support.
• Build relationships with existing providers and staff.
• Promote our portfolio of products and services.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives in the territory to assist in client support.
• Shadow experienced and veteran Sales Representatives.
• Mentor and develop into a Full-Time Sales Representative.
• Learn the medical sales industry (ex. clinical testing, day to day routine, strategy, analytics, medical terms, insurance / billing, business acumen)
• Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions.
• Implementing / training new employees in a LTC or physician office.
• Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
• Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.
