ICU Nurse Job Details Location : Keene, NH 03431 (New Hampshire ICU nursing jobs) Facility : Level III Trauma Center, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (November 24, 2025 - February 23, 2026) Shift : 12-hour days (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM) Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed Weekend / Holiday : Every other weekend and holiday coverage required Open Positions : 2 ICU RN travel jobs Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1990-$2130 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS Experience with EPIC electronic charting system Skilled in arterial lines, IV drips, ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vaso pressors Ability to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed Traveler must have reliable transportation Charge nurse and preceptor experience preferred Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Keene, NH All time-off requests (max 5 days) must be submitted with application ICU Nurse Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and effective critical care nursing to ICU patients (adolescent to geriatric) Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced interventions (ventilators, IV drips, hemodynamic monitoring) Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Float to PCU as needed to support clinical operations Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC Participate in charge nurse and preceptor duties if qualified Comply with all facility, state, and nursing regulatory requirements Apply now to join our healthcare team as a travel ICU Registered Nurse in Keene, New Hampshire, and take the next step in your nursing career!
