Within the EY-Parthenon service line, the AI Labs Product Manager will collaborate with Business Leaders, AI / ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Project Managers, and other team members to design, build, and scale innovative AI solutions that power strategic growth initiatives.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Leading the development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications.
• Working with engineering leads to build multi-source insight workflows.
• Translating business needs into functional product specs, agent behavior, and user experiences.
• Owning product roadmap and use case prioritization.
• Collaborating with Engineers to validate model fit, feature strategy, and insight generation logic.
• Defining POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each agent product or data application.
• Prioritizing features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Working closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
• Communicating progress, risks, and decisions with clarity across levels.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $250,000 to $290,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
