Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for Customer Service Representative positions in the Bessemer, AL area.

The compensation for this position is $15 / hour.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to customer service. These duties could include providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens new customer accounts by recording customer account information in QuickBooks.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information in QuickBooks.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer credit card payments at time of order placement (receiving and processing credit card payment in QuickBooks).
• Recommends potential products or services to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
