The posted compensation range of $21.85 - $30.87 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

As our HR Coordinator, you will be a key player in supporting HR operations for :

• Saint Joseph Hospital (Lexington, KY) : Providing comprehensive HR coordination and support to our Lexington-based team.
• Flaget Memorial Hospital (Bardstown, KY) : Traveling 1-2 days per week to Bardstown to provide on-site HR support and ensure seamless operations for our team members.
