As a Senior Facilities Technician, you understand the true meaning of hard work. You enjoy the diversification of working on both new construction projects as well as existing facilities. Both your internal project managers and external clients are pleased with your evaluations, since documentation is something you take pride in. You go above and beyond in order to ensure that the client receives a quality evaluation and report. Responsibilities

• Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
• Performing field and laboratory testing
• Scheduling and oversight of facilities technicians
• Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
