Responsibilities
- Process and manage RMA requests efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their returns and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper handling of returned merchandise.
- Maintain accurate records of RMA transactions and inventory levels.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to product returns and exchanges.
- Generate reports on RMA trends and provide insights for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding returns.
Qualifications
