Job Overview :

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will provide critical clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient environment. You will utilize your knowledge of evidence-based practices throughout the nursing process—including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes. • Ensure comprehensive discharge planning and smooth transitions in care.
• Provide direct nursing care aligned with established plans and best practices.
• Delegate tasks appropriately while monitoring quality and effectiveness across the unit.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and uphold nursing standards rigorously.
• Analyze performance indicators and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy, tailoring communication to their needs.
• Promote teamwork and serve as an advocate for patients’ rights and needs.

Qualifications :

This role may require shifts on weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed, reflecting our commitment to continuous care.

Work Environment : Our facility is located at 1520 Baptist Hospital, in the ICU Intermediate department, where you will have opportunities to grow and develop your nursing career.
