  • Facility is looking for a GI provider ASAC. Open dates listed below :

  • 9 / 1 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 9 / 4 / 2025
  • 9 / 18 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 9 / 19 / 2025
  • 9 / 22 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 9 / 26 / 2025
  • 9 / 29 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 10 / 2 / 2025
  • 10 / 16 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 10 / 17 / 2025

  • 18 outpatients / 20 inpatient scopes per day
  • Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am 4 : 30pm
  • Support staff : 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
  • Onsite lab
  • Onsite XRay
  • EMR : Cerner

    • SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Board Certified - Required
  • ACLS - Required
  • Active MI license & CSR at time of submission - Required no exceptions
  • Local Candidates - Driving In - Required
  • IMLC - dates of availability / need must be 60+ days out and must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC
  • Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK) - Required
  • All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)- Required no exceptions
  • COVID Vaccine - Required
  • DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
  • ERCP is REQUIRED

    • Additional License Requirements :

  • Hep B, MMR, Varicella - vaccine series or immune titer Flu - for current flu season Covid Documentation TB - within 12 months TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
