An environment where your ideas and improvements are valued Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Deliver monthly / quarterly financials to leadership and Board Support annual budgeting and long-term planning Manage cash flow, reserves, and audit process Oversee financial management of grants and contracts Partner with program leaders on budget tracking Lead and develop the finance team Participate in Finance Committee and select Board meetings Bachelor's in Accounting; 5 plus years in senior finance roles, ideally nonprofit
