This role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. The geography includes the following cities :

• Norfolk
• Virginia Beach
• Richmond

The Field Reimbursement Manager, Botox Therapeutic (FRM) acts as an alternative in-office resource that is available to address HCP questions about patient access. The FRM calls directly on HCP offices in their assigned, specific geography to answer questions about patient access & reimbursement in support of the AbbVie Botox Therapeutic. The FRM provides expertise on coverage and common access and reimbursement challenges affecting AbbVie Botox Therapeutic. The FRM responsibilities include educating on the access and reimbursement support tools available from AbbVie, advising HCPs on patient prescription status and program eligibility, and educating HCP offices on payer processes and procedures.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical / dental / vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs and this job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
