Patient Care Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative to support the Enteral Nutrition department by processing patient refill requests and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status

Process prescription changes and triage calls to various departments

Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment

Required Qualifications

Minimum one year experience working in a customer service environment

Experience with data entry

Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word

High School diploma or GED
