En tant que membre de notre quipe de service, vous serez lexpert de rfrence pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos trottinettes lectriques. Aprs formation, vous prendrez en charge les rparations, les remises neuf des retours, et tiendrez notre quipe du service client informe des mises jour importantes. Vous jouerez un rle cl pour garantir que les clients rcuprent rapidement leurs trottinettes en parfait tat.
Il sagit dun poste temps plein, en prsentiel (du lundi au vendredi), avec un salaire horaire et un bonus mensuel bas sur le nombre de rparations effectues et la qualit du travail.

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our Servicing Team, youll be the go-to expert for keeping our electric scooters running smoothly. After training, youll take ownership of repairs, return refurbishments, and keep our Customer Service team in the loop with key updates. You'll be at the heart of making sure customers get their scooters back quickly and in top condition.
This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday to Friday) with an hourly wage plus a monthly bonus based on the number of repairs completed and quality of work.
