EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE

Maintain a valid driver's license.

For those driving their personal vehicles:
Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of vehicle insurance when requested. Have and maintain an acceptable driving record per Mercyhealth's HR.100 Fleet and Driver Safety policy.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
SUPERVISES
When functioning in the ambulance, acts in a supervisory position when assigned as Crew Chief of the ambulance as outlined with the respective roles and responsibilities of the position
PAY RANGE:
