Job Title : Robot Operator
Location : Tulsa, OK
Duration : 3 months + Contract
Rate : $44 Hourly
Description :
Work with engineering requirements, work orders, prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronic information to manufacture to quality requirements, parts and assemblies.
- Fabricate assemblies using computerized numerical controlled (CNC) mediums while simultaneously ensuring product and / or process quality at all levels of the manufacturing operation through monitoring / verification methodologies.
- Determine and adjust as necessary machine feeds, speeds, and work alignment using shop mathematics, charts and graphs and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to machine proof new and revised part programs.
- Adjust tool set-ups and make minor machine adjustments to ensure safe operation of the machine.
- Adapt tooling and holding fixtures as necessary to orient machine tool cutters and machining fixtures.
- Ability to check parts for correct dimensions using heights gages, gauge blocks, micrometers, calipers, protractors, and other precisions tools.
- Use precision measuring instruments required to accomplish tasks.
- Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies or end items.
- Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets process and / or engineering specification.
- Identify discrepancies found per applicable procedure.
- Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
- Assist in the training of other assembly personnel in assembly and installation techniques.
