Title : Clinical Research Coordinator Team Lead

Role Overview

Join a leading healthcare organization as a Team Lead for GU oncology trials. This role is 75% patient-facing, supporting trial activities such as patient orientation, informed consent, lab coordination, data entry, monitor visit prep, and IRB tracking. As Team Lead, you'll also onboard new staff, drive process improvements, participate in workgroups, and serve as the team’s point person when the CRPM is unavailable.

Must-Haves

• Master’s degree + 3 years OR Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of clinical research experience
• Patient-facing experience in oncology or complex interventional trials (e.g., gene therapy, rare disease)
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Experience enrolling and consenting patients, managing labs / scans, and coordinating trial logistics
