They are seeking a Vice President of the Travel Allied Staffing Division. This person will be responsible for leading and scaling the company's national allied healthcare staffing operations. This executive will oversee strategic growth, business development, recruiting performance, client relationships, and operational excellence for the division. The VP with collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service to both clients and clinicians.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership - 15%
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy
- Identify new market opportunities, service lines, and expansion areas.
- Establish division goals aligned with company objectives for revenue, gross margin, and fill rate performance
- Partner with marketing and sales to strengthen brand performance and increase market share
Operational Management - 50%
Oversee day-to-day operations of the travel allied staffing team, including recruiting, account management and credentialingEnsure efficient assignment fulfillment, candidate experience, and client satisfactionImplement process improvements, technology enhancements, and best practices to increase productivityMonitor KPIs, such as, time-to-fill, gross profit per recruiter and retention rates.Team Leadership - 15%
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of directors, recruiters, and account managersFoster a high-performance, results-driven culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and service excellenceManage staffing budgets, headcounts planning, and talent acquisition for the divisionClient & Candidate Relations - 15%

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred7-10+ years of leadership experience in Therapy staffing, with at least 5 years in travel allied or locum tenens operationsProven track record of scaling a staffing division or business unitStrong understanding of allied healthcare disciplines, licensing and credentialing requirementsExceptional leadership communication and financial acumenProficiency in ATS / CRM systems and data driven performance managementBenefits :
