Licensed Clinical Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager - Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the Director of Therapy and manage a cohort of providers

Maintain a clinical caseload and engage in clinical consultations and performance management

Collaborate with the clinical leadership team on quality and safety initiatives, and participate in provider onboarding and offboarding processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health counseling and psychotherapy

At least 1 year of experience providing clinical oversight in a hospital or telehealth environment

Independent, unrestricted license to practice counseling and / or psychotherapy

Proficiency in utilizing data for clinical quality assurance

Willingness to pursue licensure in multiple states
