Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other medical treatments as directed by RN / CFNP

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Support and advocate for residents, promoting their independence and dignity

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements :

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

1 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome to apply!)

Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift and move patients safely
