Patient Connection Associate

A company is looking for a PCC Associate III / Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center

Pre-register and schedule moderately complex procedures

Coordinate multiple resources for patient services

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Two (2) years of related customer-facing healthcare experience

One (1) year of experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling or pre-registering patients
