Position : Associate Dentist
We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is your chance to support our mission and make a meaningful impact in the community. Here’s what you can look forward to :

- Participate in morning huddles (or even lead one!) to plan your day and appreciate your team.
- Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!
Your Responsibilities
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide exceptional dental services to our patients with the support of a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with :
DentaPro softwareDigital x-ray and Panorex unitsFiber-optic handpiecesYearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management trainingA supportive team : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per providerA patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)An average office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patientsA mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payorsThis opportunity provides growth and development through mentoring and collaboration!

We’re looking for candidates who possess :
DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental AccreditationA current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care, or eligibility for licensureOther required certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adultsAt Benevis, we value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
