• Lead and manage tax planning strategies for clients, including non-profit organizations and corporations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, helping them to understand their tax obligations and potential tax-saving opportunities.
• Conduct regular tax research and stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients benefit from any changes or developments.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional client service, including addressing any tax-related queries or concerns.
• Develop and implement tax risk management strategies, identifying potential risk areas and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the tax team.
