• Assess patient conditions, document changes, and update individualized care plans\n
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions\n
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges across med-surg and telemetry units\n
• Monitor vital signs and telemetry readings, ensuring prompt interventions\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as ordered\n
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to coordinate patient-centered care\n\nQUALIFICATIONS : \n
• Active RN license in Wyoming\n
• BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program.\n
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.\n
