Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and talent strategist to attract and hire exceptional talent
Lead full-cycle recruiting, including market mapping, sourcing, and offer negotiation
Design inclusive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
Proven ability to engage with both technical and creative talent
Experience in building inclusive and data-driven sourcing strategies
Strong business acumen and stakeholder partnership skills
Agility in high-volume, complex environments with a focus on precision
